Data/ERP Operations Manager

The ERP Systems Manager (NetSuite) is responsible for the operational support of the ERP system and maintaining data quality. This role requires an understanding of NetSuite's logic, the relationships between master data, transactions, and configuration settings, as well as their impact on system performance and outputs.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and currency of master data and to monitor key system metrics. The role involves regularly monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and helping resolve the root causes of incorrect system behavior.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Perform regular MRP-related activities and reviews.

• Analyze key planning components and parameters and understand their impact on system outputs.

• General understanding of MRP mechanics, including demand sources, supply parameters, production constraints, safety stock, lead times, and other factors affecting requirements calculations (preferred).

• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of data required for MRP and other ERP functions.

• Collaborate with system users to ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.

• Handle non-standard scenarios, exceptions, and system errors that affect data quality.

Systems and Tools:

• ERP systems with MRP functionality (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other comparable systems).

• Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and Power Query are an advantage).

• ERP reporting and analytics tools, such as Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards, or equivalent functionality in other ERP systems.

• Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

What you bring to the team:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage).

• Understanding of the relationship between master data quality and ERP system performance and outputs.

• Understanding of MRP principles, inventory management, manufacturing accounting, and production planning.

• Ability to analyze MRP results and identify the causes of incorrect system recommendations.

• Experience preparing, cleansing, importing, and validating data in ERP systems.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools for monitoring and ensuring data quality.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher to work effectively with the ERP system.
