This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

1. Simulation & Engineering Analysis

  • Prepare 3D models and perform preprocessing in ANSYS SpaceClaim.

  • Conduct aerodynamic simulations using ANSYS Fluent or CFX, including turbulence modeling and calculation of flight parameters.

  • Perform structural strength calculations in ANSYS Static Structural for components made of plastics for 3D printing, aluminum alloys, and other materials.

  • Carry out composite structure analysis using ANSYS ACP and apply best practices in composite manufacturing.

  • Optimize structures for weight, strength, and manufacturability.

2. Design Improvement & Engineering Support

  • Analyze existing structures and propose design improvements.

  • Participate in design discussions and collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams.

  • Ensure that simulation outcomes are integrated into the final design.

3. Documentation & Collaboration

  • Maintain and update technical documentation: models, reports, specifications, and requirements.

  • Support cross-functional teams with technical insights to ensure design feasibility and compliance.

What you bring to the team:

  • Higher technical education (aerospace, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering).

  • Practical experience with: ANSYS SpaceClaim, ANSYS Fluent / CFX, ANSYS Static Structural, ANSYS ACP

  • Strong understanding of turbulence models, aerodynamics, and engineering mechanics.

  • Experience performing structural calculations and design optimization.

  • Understanding of composite materials and manufacturing technologies.

  • A systematic approach to problem solving and task execution.

  • English level B2 will be an advantage.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in aviation or aircraft design.

  • Experience with CATIA V5 or similar CAD tools.

  • Hands-on experience with composite materials and additive manufacturing.

  • Participation in aviation, UAV, or aeromodelling projects or competitions.
