Working Student - Customer Success (m/f/d)

As a Working Student (m/f/d) you will be a key part of our Customer Success Group to support the creation, management, and continuous improvement of our training materials and online learning systems. Together with our world-class team, you will take an empowering role: helping shape the future of operator training for next-generation drone technologies.

You will work closely with stakeholders from the Training and Customer Success departments to structure, optimize, and maintain our LMS content and ensure smooth preparation for physical trainings. Ensuring high-quality training experiences at Quantum-Systems - your mission will make a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of online training content in the Learning Management System.

• Maintain and organize the certification structure within the LMS.

• Operative support in the preparation of physical trainings (e.g., equipment collation, shipment preparation).

• Collaboration with the Head of Customer Success, Support & Training as well as the LMS Owner.

• Coordination with trainers who are often traveling (remote collaboration).

What you bring to the team:

• You are currently studying (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Communication, Engineering, or a comparable field - we are open).

• You already have practical experience or strong interest in creating and structuring learning materials.

• You are confident in using PowerPoint and have a good sense for design and logical learning flows.

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and responsible attitude, you easily integrate into the team environment.

• You are highly self-motivated and independently drive your tasks forward.

• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
