  • Build, wire, and commission electronic test rigs for validating power electronics and control boards.

  • Set up and operate measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, programmable electronic loads, power supplies, and data loggers.

  • Install and calibrate sensors (voltage, current, temperature) for accurate data acquisition during validation runs.

Documentation and Maintenance:

  • Maintain meticulous build logs, and rework documentation to ensure perfect traceability for the engineering team.

  • Manage the electronics lab inventory, track component stock, and ensure test equipment is calibrated and well-maintained.

Battery System Assembly:

  • Assist in the assembly, wiring, and integration of prototype Lithium-Ion battery packs and BMS boards.

  • Safely handle energy storage systems during functional testing and validation.

What you bring to the team:

  • High-level manual soldering skills and proven experience with fine-pitch PCB rework.

  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and navigate electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams.

  • Fluency with standard electronics lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, etc.).

  • Experience working with Lithium-Ion batteries, high-voltage systems, or holding HV safety certifications.

  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Arduino) for automating simple lab tests or data logging.
