As a Facility Manager (m/f/d), you ensure that our buildings are always fully functional, safe, and well maintained. Through your commitment, you make a significant contribution to creating a comfortable environment for employees and visitors, while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You have practical skills, a keen eye for detail, and work in a reliable and independent manner. Thanks to your structured approach, you ensure that all technical systems and facilities are optimally maintained.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Regular monitoring and inspection of the building condition.

• Independent execution of minor repairs and maintenance work.

• Maintenance and preparation of meeting rooms.

• Organization and execution of material transports between buildings.

• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the entire property.

• Reporting major damages or required actions in a timely manner.

What you bring to the team:

• Practical/technical skills, ideally with initial experience as a caretaker or in a technical profession.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• An independent and structured way of working.

• Basic technical understanding.

• Basic knowledge of German or English for team communication.

• Flexibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team.
