As a Head of Industrial Engineering you will be responsible for leading two critical business functions: Industrialization & Transfer to Serial Production and Engineering Change & Documentation Management.

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to work full-time in the office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Industrialization & Transfer to Serial Production

• Review and validate industrialization readiness packages received from engineering teams.

• Assess product designs for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA) and define production processes.

• Develop and maintain manufacturing structures, including manufacturing Bills of Materials (mBOM) and routing standards.

• Lead the development, qualification, and implementation of production tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test solutions.

• Coordinate pilot builds, production trials, and manufacturing process validation activities.

• Ensure the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and production data.

• Prepare production transfer packages and support product launch activities.

• Confirm manufacturing readiness and oversee the successful transition into serial production.

• Drive continuous improvement of industrialization processes, efficiency, quality, and scalability.

• Support for product codification.

  Engineering Change & Documentation Management

• Govern the registration, classification, and tracking of engineering changes.

• Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments related to product, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain activities.

• Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Manage the release and control of technical documentation revisions.

• Maintain configuration traceability and integrity across the product lifecycle.

• Oversee obsolescence management, product substitutions, interchangeability, and compatibility requirements.

• Ensure controlled management of product and manufacturing data within relevant systems.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 7+ years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, production engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI).

• Proven experience leading product transfer from development into serial production.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process validation, and production readiness assessments.

• Knowledge of composite manufacturing technologies.

• Experience with engineering change management, technical documentation, and configuration management.

• Hands-on experience with BOM/mBOM management and production routing development.

• Knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES, or other product and manufacturing data management systems.

• Experience working in complex cross-functional environments.

• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Professional English proficiency.
