HR Administrator

Quantum Systems is shaping the future of aerial intelligence through cutting-edge UAV technology. As we scale our HR team, we're looking for an HR administrator to help the team and the company run smoothly: keeping HR processes organized, taking care of documents and data, supporting colleagues in everyday matters, and making HR services as simple and convenient as possible. 

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Maintain HR documentation and keep it up to date,

• Handle employee lifecycle processes (hiring, transfers, exits) and coordinate with other departments involved,

• Work with HR systems and spreadsheets (HRIS, Excel, etc.),

• Take part in onboarding and offboarding: paperwork, meetings, first communications,

• Support internal HR initiatives (surveys, engagement assessments, projects),

• Contribute to HR process automation and implementation of new tools,

• Support team communications: answer employee requests, prepare letters/certificates, share policy updates, celebrate important events,

• Help organize internal events and activities,

• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, IT, Legal). 

What you bring to the team:

• 2 years of experience in HR (administration, operations, or assistance), 

• Proven track record in roles within multinational or cross-border organizations, 

• Basic understanding of Ukrainian labor law and HR processes, 

• Experience with HRIS/ATS is required, 

• Excel / Google Sheets advanced user, 

• Upper-intermediate level of English is a must 

• Attention to details and a structured mindset, 

• Goal driven approach, 

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
