HR People Partner

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

At Quantum Systems, we develop and produce innovative small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) that transform decision-making through aerial intelligence. As we expand our mission, we are looking for an HR People Partner who will help us in building the teams that shape the future of autonomous flight systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• • Full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

  • Built onboarding processes from scratch and continuously improve them

  • Guide line managers through performance reviews, feedback, and development

  • Oversee headcount planning, reporting, and org structure

  • Design and implement career leveling frameworks and C&B systems

  • Ensure compliance, including military record management where required

  • Act as the system owner for Personio and maintain accurate people data

  • Support employee engagement, culture-building, and policy development

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years in HR/People roles, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments

• HRIS system implementation experience is strongly preferred

• Strong generalist background with a track record of owning and building HR processes

• High autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and ability to switch between strategic and hands-on tasks

• Excellent communication, discretion, and emotional intelligence
