IT Administrator (m/f/d) Quantum Frontline Industries

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their optimal performance.

• Manage and support virtualization environments, particularly Hyper-V.

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune and Jamf.

• Ensuring the security and integrity of our company infrastructure.

• System hardening of ground control stations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.

• Provide day-to-day helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for end-users.

• Support and maintain three operating systems: Windows, Apple, and Linux.

• Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users, ensuring they understand and can implement the solutions provided.

What you bring to the team:

• You have a degree in computer science or training in IT (system integration) or possess a comparable qualification.

• You are experienced in IT support level one and two.

• You are familiar with Windows, ideally with Linux or MAC OS.

• You have basic to intermediate networking knowledge.

• Good knowledge of M365 and the various administrative portals from Microsoft.

• You like to stay up to date with new IT developments.

• Basic maintenance capabilities on PC Hardware.

• You like to work in an international team and are fluent in English.

• You are highly motivated and self-organized.
