IT Support Specialist

As IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of our network environment.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Build and maintain wired and wireless networks, configure routing and ensure network security;

• Configure network IP services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, etc.);

• Set up and manage protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec, SSL), BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, Port-security, QoS, VLAN, STP;

• Configure and support network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, FortiNet);

• Configure and maintain video surveillance systems (Hanwha, Dahua, Hikvision);

• Manage firewalls and IDS/IPS systems;

• Provide user support via RDP/TeamViewer/Anydesk;

• Monitor and analyze network traffic using specialized tools.

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience as a network engineer or system administrator;

• Strong knowledge of wired and wireless network design, routing technologies, and network security;

• Proficiency in IP services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, iSCSI, RoCE);

• Experience with protocols: TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec, SSL), BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, QoS, VLAN, STP;

• Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, FortiNet equipment;

• Familiarity with video surveillance systems (Hanwha, Dahua, Hikvision);

• Experience with EDR/EPP endpoint protection systems;

• Ability to manage firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and cloud network resources (AWS, Azure, GCP);

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS;

• Practical experience with Active Directory (AD/AAD), Office 365, Intune, GPO, NPS, CA;

• Experience with monitoring tools (Dude, Zabbix, Grafana);

• English language level B1 or higher.
