Junior HR Partner – International Projects & Development (m/f/d)

As a Junior HR Partner, you will play a key role within our HR team. You won’t just shape the future of our People function – you’ll also actively contribute to our international growth. You see yourself as a sparring partner to the business: close to the teams, proactive in providing new ideas, and actively involved in driving change. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of cross-functional HR projects with high visibility across the organization.


What is your Day to Day Mission:

  • You support our HR Business Partners in working with international teams across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

  • You contribute to global HR projects in areas such as performance management, feedback processes, or learning & development, collaborating closely with teams across Europe and beyond.

  • You take on initial ownership of project components – such as running international employee surveys, developing global HR guidelines, or coordinating cross-location initiatives.

  • You help further develop and professionalize our HR processes, ensuring they are aligned with international standards – for example, by adapting tools and documentation to meet local requirements.

  • You assist with administrative and legal HR topics (e.g., contracts, policies, HRIS), often in coordination with external partners in our target markets.


What you bring to the team:

  • You already have some hands-on experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role – ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment – and are passionate about innovative HR topics.

  • You enjoy planning, executing, and implementing projects as part of a People team.

  • You take a hands-on, structured, and results-driven approach, bringing both passion for People & Culture topics and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and present yourself with confidence and discretion when working with various stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in both German and English – written and spoken communication in both languages comes naturally to you.
