Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will support our in-house counsel in all matters related to contract law. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all departments to ensure that our contract processes run smoothly and efficiently. With your expertise, you’ll help our company minimize contractual risks and ensure compliance with regulations. Through your work, you’ll contribute to Quantum Systems’ mission to become the benchmark in aerial data collection solutions using small unmanned aerial vehicles (sUAVs).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in both German and English.

• Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders (Procurement, Sales, R&D) on contractual matters.

• Updating and optimizing contract templates.

• Conducting legal research (particularly in contract, commercial, corporate, and competition law) and monitoring legal developments.

• Supporting corporate legal matters (e.g., transactions, financing rounds).

• Documenting and archiving all legal documents and contracts in a contract database.

What you bring to the team:

• A completed degree in Law or Business Law (LLB or LLM), or a comparable qualification.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role as Legal Counsel.

• A strong interest in contract law and a willingness to explore new areas of law.

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
