As a Maritime Systems Specialist in our #MOSAIC Initiative, you’ll be at the forefront of deep-sea innovation—literally. Our hardware will tested to -6000m MSL, enabling real missions in extreme underwater environments. Your role will be hands-on, agile, and mission-driven, contributing to the next generation of maritime technology.
Based in Kiel, Lübeck, or Rostock, you’ll collaborate with a growing team of engineers, mechanics, and leaders as we scale to 100+ maritime experts over the next 12 months. Whether you're building systems, designing components, or leading strategy—all roles are open, from entry-level to VP.
