
As a Material Planner / Disponent, you will be a key part of our Global Supply Chain Team, supporting the local manufacturing of advanced drone systems in Romania. Together with our World-Class Team, you will play an empowering role in delivering systems for one of Romania's most significant defense procurement programs, with drone assembly taking place entirely in Romania under the European SAFE initiative. You will be working closely with stakeholders from the Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure the timely availability of materials required for production. As part of the Global Supply Chain organization, your mission will be to balance supply and demand, maintain optimal inventory levels, and proactively manage material availability to support the on-time delivery of mission-critical systems across Europe and Ukraine.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
Ensure the timely availability of materials and components required for production.
Monitor inventory levels and material requirements based on production plans and demand forecasts.
Manage material planning activities using ERP and MRP systems.
Analyze shortages, identify supply risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Coordinate closely with Procurement teams regarding purchase order status and supplier deliveries.
Track supplier performance and escalate potential delays impacting production schedules.
Maintain and optimize inventory levels while balancing availability and working capital targets.
Collaborate with Production Planning and Manufacturing teams to align material supply with production demand.
Monitor open orders and ensure accurate delivery schedules within planning systems.
Support new product introductions and production ramp-up activities from a material planning perspective.
Prepare planning reports, material analyses, and inventory forecasts.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.
What you bring to the team:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain operations, procurement, or logistics.
Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, material flow, and production support processes.
Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience managing supplier delivery performance and material availability.
Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes in a production environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Professional fluency in English.
