People Generalist (m/f/d)

As a People & HR Generalist at Quantum-Systems, you will play a key role in building and shaping our People function at our growing site in Brașov, Romania. You will work closely with local teams, hiring managers, and leadership to establish scalable HR and recruiting processes and support the development of a strong and sustainable organization.

This role combines hands-on operational HR work with recruiting responsibilities and contributions to the continuous development of our local People structure.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities across various functions, from job posting to offer management

• Provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, employee support, and offboarding

• Build, standardize, and continuously improve HR and recruiting processes to support organizational growth

• Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics

• Collaborate closely with managing directors, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., payroll providers, legal advisors, recruiting partners)

• Draft and manage employment contracts and support labor law–related topics in line with local Romanian regulations

• Support the implementation of HR reporting, KPIs, and people-related analytics

• Contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies

What you bring to the team:

• Several years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations, ideally in a growing or production-oriented environment

• Good knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR administrative processes

• Experience supporting or building HR and recruiting processes in a growing organization is a strong plus

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with different functions and levels

• Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style with a hands-on mindset

• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and adapt to a dynamic environment

• Very good written and spoken English skills and Romanian language fluency is required

• Ukrainian or other Slavic languages are considered a plus
