Intern Production Engineering (m/f/d)

As an Intern (m/f/d), you will be a key part of our Production Engineering team, supporting the building of new test benches and developing processes to optimize our production. Together with our world-class team, currently consisting of 6 members, you will take on a significant role, pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.

You will work closely with various stakeholders from the production and development departments to support our team in advancing production through your work. The continuous improvement of production and the stabilization of processes are crucial for Quantum-Systems — your mission will have a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Co-development and implementation of test benches for production and for our suppliers.
  

• Independent development of quick fixes required for a continuous production flow
  

• Troubleshooting (fine) mechanical and electronic components
  

• Creation of test instructions/process descriptions
  

• Serve as the interface between development department and production

What you bring to the team:

• You are currently studying mechanical engineering or a related field.

• You can start on February 1, 2025.

• You already have practical experience in technical development projects.

• You are also privately interested in model making, drones, electronics, 3D printing and ideally, you are involved in the maker community.

• Your internship should last at least 2 months. 

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.

• You already have practical experience in technical development projects.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
