We are looking for a Problem Manager to help identify, structure, and drive resolution of recurring technical issues across our UAV products.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys seeing patterns in incidents, understanding why issues repeat, and turning scattered technical cases into clear systemic actions.
You do not need prior UAV experience to apply. We can teach the domain. What matters most is your analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to work across support, engineering, and product teams
This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Ternopil.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Identify recurring technical issues and turn them into structured problem records
Analyze trends across incidents, failures, and technical findings
Work with Technical Support and R&D teams to define root causes and corrective actions
Track systemic issues from detection to resolution
Maintain visibility of recurring defects, known issues, and workaround status
Help prioritize problems based on impact, frequency, and operational risk
Support creation of clear technical summaries for internal teams
Improve the connection between incident handling and long-term product improvement
Contribute to support reporting, problem reviews, and continuous improvement of internal processes
What you bring to the team:
Experience in technical support, incident analysis, problem management, system troubleshooting, or similar roles
Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns across multiple cases
Structured approach to organizing technical information and follow-up actions
Ability to work with incident data, logs, trends, and technical findings
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across different teams
English level B1+
Fluent Ukrainian
Nice to have:
Experience in problem management, incident management, or reliability-related roles
Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing / tracking systems
Experience working with engineering, validation, or product teams
Interest in drones, robotics, aviation, electronics, or embedded systems
Experience with reporting, dashboards, or support analytics
