Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex hardware and software development projects, from scope and planning through to delivery. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams and be accountable for predictable delivery that stays aligned with business objectives.

This role suits a Middle Strong or Senior PM who works independently, makes decisions under uncertainty, and brings structure to teams without formal authority over them.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Own project planning and execution: scope, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation

• Coordinate teams across hardware, software, embedded, and systems engineering

• Track progress and dependencies, and ensure agreed milestones are delivered on time

• Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and manage changes to scope and timelines

• Run planning sessions, project meetings, and status reviews that keep teams aligned

• Report on status, risks, and delivery outlook to stakeholders and leadership

• Maintain plans, documentation, and reporting in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

• Improve project management processes and team efficiency

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in hardware, embedded systems or defense

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with cross-functional engineering teams

• Strong command of planning, scope, schedule, and resource management

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid methodologies

• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and changing requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Structured thinking, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
