Projekt‑Associate (Strategy & Transformation) (m/f/d)

As a Project Associate, you are a key execution partner in company-wide strategic and transformation initiatives. Your mission: support high-impact projects with strong analytical input, clear structure, and reliable coordination. You work closely with senior stakeholders and C-level teams, helping turn complex topics into clear decision-making foundations. Operating in a fast-moving start-up or scale-up environment, you learn quickly, take ownership early, and contribute where it matters most.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support and coordinate cross-functional, company-wide projects

• Prepare decision templates, status updates, and high-quality C-level presentations

• Conduct research and analysis on strategic, organizational, and transformation-related topics

• Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools

• Support project leads with structured documentation and follow-up on action items

• Help translate complex topics into clear insights and recommendations

• Contribute to building structure and transparency in dynamic project environments

• Work closely with stakeholders across strategy, operations, and management

What you bring to the team:

• 2–4 years of professional experience, for example in start-ups, consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy / PMO

• Hands-on exposure to organizational or transformation projects

• Strong analytical skills with a structured and proactive working style

• Ability to work independently while being open to fast learning, mentoring, and challenge

• Familiarity with start-up or scale-up environments is a plus

• Confident use of project management methods and tools

• Clear, concise communication skills

• Fluency in German and English
