Quality Control Technician (m/f/d)

As a Quality Control Technician, you will hold a key role in our Quality Control Team, ensuring the quality of our raw parts and finished products. Working alongside our world-class team, you will play a central role in advancing drone technology.

You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to conduct quality checks for incoming goods and outgoing finished products. With your meticulous and quality-conscious approach, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to establish unmanned aerial systems (sUAVs) as the benchmark for airborne data collection solutions.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Conducting incoming and outgoing goods inspections following instructions and using technical drawings.

• Maintaining checklists, including digital documentation of controls.

• Approving inspected parts according to specified requirements (e.g., technical drawings and guidelines).

• Reporting defects and non-conforming products.

• Assisting in the creation of defect reports to claim non-conforming parts from suppliers.

• Maintaining statistics to analyze defect causes and assess supplier quality.

What you bring to the team:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g., mechatronics, materials engineering, or model making.

• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in additive manufacturing (e.g., composite materials, 3D printing).

• A strong affinity for UAVs and the aerospace sector, paired with a strong commitment to quality.

• High self-motivation and the ability to independently drive your area of responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor, making it easy for colleagues to recognize you as an internal expert.

• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
