Recruiter (Manufacturing Team)

Quantum Systems is shaping the future of aerial intelligence through cutting-edge UAV technology. As we scale our production capabilities, we're looking for a Recruiter with experience in high-volume hiring to help us build a world-class manufacturing team.

This role is key to enabling our mission — ensuring we bring in the right people, at the right time, to deliver excellence in every system we build.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for production and technical manufacturing roles (assembly, maintenance, warehouse, repair, etc.)

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, local platforms, social media, and internal databases

• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the candidate journey

• Partner closely with production leads and shift managers to understand hiring needs and align priorities

• Deliver hiring results on time while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in high-volume or industrial recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing, aerospace, or tech-driven production setting

• A hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re proactive, clear, and people-focused

• Strong prioritization skills and a structured mindset

• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools

• English - Intermediate+
