Returns Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our support organization, we are seeking for a Returns Manager with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth repair process.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Returns Management: Coordinate with the customers to return systems or subsystems for repair and maintenance.

• Documentation: Documentation and control of incoming and outgoing system configurations in existing configuration databases. 

• Repair Coordination: Coordinating interface between the customer and the repair team to communicate and monitor repair timelines. 

• Compensation Management: Coordinate compensation shipments with the customer, Tier 1 support and the fulfilment team. 

• Ticket Management: Handle and monitor repair tickets in Jira Service Management and provide structured documentation.

• Ongoing Learning and Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new components and products to ensure 

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal process enhancements that increase efficiency and service quality. 

• Customer Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations, drive resolution in coordination with internal teams.

What you bring to the team:

• You have a background in service operations, repair management, customer support, logistics, or a comparable field and bring strong organizational and coordination skills. A technical background is a plus.

• You are a strong communicator who is comfortable working with customers as well as coordinating across Support, Repair, Fulfillment, and other internal teams.

• You take ownership of operational topics and proactively drive them from initial request through coordination to successful resolution.

• You have a structured and reliable working style, keeping track of multiple repair cases, priorities, timelines, system configurations, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• You are customer-oriented and solution-driven, especially when handling complaints, escalations, or time-critical service requests.

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and evolving environment and are motivated to continuously improve processes, workflows, and service quality.

• You are a collaborative and dependable team player who contributes to smooth day-to-day operations and builds strong relationships across teams.

• You are fluent in German and English and communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
