(Senior) Event Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Event Manager, you will take on a key strategic role within our marketing team, creating impactful events and memorable brand experiences for our target audiences. You will play a leading role in shaping and scaling our global event and trade show strategy.

As a powerhouse for unmanned systems, we develop holistic and scalable solutions for multi-domain operations. By seamlessly integrating platforms, software, and AI into one operational ecosystem, we enable real-world performance in complex mission environments. You will bring this positioning to life through high-impact trade shows and events.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Sales and Customer Success to generate high-quality leads and build long-term customer relationships.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and follow-up of international trade shows, fairs, and business events with a strong focus on lead generation and brand positioning

• Develop scalable event concepts aligned with our multi-domain product and software portfolio

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and international teams to ensure a consistent and high-impact global presence

• Support and guide sales teams and partners in executing local trade show and event activities worldwide

• Identify and prioritize key industry events (defense, security, technology) to maximize visibility and pipeline impact

• Track and analyze event performance (KPIs, pipeline contribution, ROI) and derive data-driven improvements

• Select, manage, and negotiate with external vendors, agencies, and exhibition builders

• Own and further develop the global trade show asset pool (exhibits, materials, logistics)

• Ensure brand consistency in line with corporate identity across all events

• Own event budgets, including planning, tracking, and controlling

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management with a strong focus on international trade shows and fairs, ideally within a B2B tech, defense, or software environment

• Proven track record in planning and executing complex trade show presences

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset for developing innovative event formats

• High level of ownership, hands-on mentality, and strong organizational skills

• Fluent in German and English

• Willingness to travel internationally
