Senior Site Manager (Facilities) - Germany (m/f/d)

The Senior Site Manager (Facilities) oversees facility-related activities across multiple company sites in Germany and around the globe. Based in Gilching, the role supports the setup of new locations and ensures smooth operations at existing and future sites, working closely with internal teams and following established company processes. Regular international travel is required.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support the setup and development of new operational sites across Germany and internationally (e.g. EMEA, APAC) 

• Coordinate facility operations, infrastructure and site readiness to support the scaling of operations, ensuring alignment with company processes, international standards and compliance requirements in collaboration with global stakeholders 

• Manage and maintain facility inventory, asset documentation, and facility-related insurance documentation 

• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure efficient and reliable site operations 

• Conduct regular site visits and provide support for facility-related issues across locations 

• Contribute to the continuous scaling of facility operations to support company growth 

What you bring to the team:

• Several years of experience in facility or site management, ideally in multi-site environments 

• Strong organizational and coordination skills 

• Experience working with contractors and service providers 

• Fluent in English; German is a plus 

• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and internationally
