Service Engineer

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to work full-time in office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The role involves diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other electronic devices, ensuring high-quality service and reliability.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Perform diagnostics and repair of laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other small electronic devices

• Carry out minor electronic component repairs (soldering, element replacement, board restoration)

• Service electronic modules, controllers, power units, sensors, and communication systems

• Restore or replace housing components and perform basic work with composites and plastics

• Maintain simple records and documentation of completed repairs

• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure service quality and process efficiency

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in repairing small electronics (laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc.)

• Proficiency with soldering and diagnostic tools

• Understanding of electronic circuits and power modules

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical thinking

• Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills
