We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage our service team, ensure high-quality repairs, streamline processes, and drive the professional growth of engineers.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate a team of service engineers and testers

  • Plan workload, assign tasks, and set clear priorities

  • Mentor, onboard, and support engineers’ professional development

  • Facilitate technical discussions and review complex cases

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to repair and testing standards

  • Monitor deadlines, SLAs, and overall service quality

  • Analyze recurring issues and implement improvements to reduce defect rates

  • Review and validate complex repairs (electronics, UAVs, modules)

Process Improvement

  • Optimize workflows and introduce best practices

  • Maintain and update checklists, procedures, and technical documentation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Testing, Logistics, Procurement, and R&D teams

  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on KPIs

Technical Involvement

  • Support resolution of complex engineering challenges

  • Make informed technical decisions in non-routine situations

  • Oversee repairs of UAVs, electronic modules, and power systems

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience as an engineer (electronics / UAV / service) — Mid to Senior level

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience or acting as a Senior Engineer

  • Strong understanding of repair, diagnostics, testing, and QA processes

  • Solid team management and coordination skills

  • Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and develop team members

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership

  • English proficiency at B2+ level (comfortable working with international teams)

  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic and repair tools
