Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our marketing team, strategically positioning our brand in the drone market. Together with our world-class team of nine members, you will be central to pushing the boundaries of drone technology. You will work closely with stakeholders across all areas of our company to win over potential customers and showcase our products. By strengthening our brand, you will support Quantum Systems' mission to set the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAVs).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Act as the central contact person, managing our social media presence across all channels.

• Develop new content formats, campaigns, and advertisements.

• Conduct topic research, editorial planning, and create engaging content.

• Monitor and analyze data to continuously optimize performance.

• Collaborate with the team to develop platform- and audience-specific strategies for our social channels.

• Identify and evaluate social media trends early, including competitive analyses.

• Advise stakeholders and manage all social media-related matters.

• Coordinate and oversee external service providers and social media agencies.

• Perform independent potential analyses and optimize processes.
  

What you bring to the team:

• You have a degree in marketing or a comparable field of study.

• You bring at least one year of professional experience in social media management, ideally on the agency or corporate side.

• The most important social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn feel like home to you.

• Strong communication and writing skills are among your strengths, enabling you to captivate our target audiences with creative storytelling.

• You are proficient in using content creation programs (e.g., Canva) and digital marketing tools.

• You have a strong affinity for data-driven work and experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain concepts and foster collaboration and understanding across departments—German is a plus.
