Storekeeper

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be full-time in the office. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and organized person to manage warehouse operations and support production. You’ll be working with inventory, documentation, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate material flow.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

1. Inventory & Documentation

• Receiving, accounting, and storng materials, components, and products

• Issue materials to production based on delivery notes

• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards

• Participate in scheduled and unscheduled inventory checks

2. Warehouse Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse

• Ensure proper placement and labeling of goods

• Record inventory data in systems (1C / ERP / other, depending on the company)

3. Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams

• Communicate clearly to resolve discrepancies or clarify data

• Support process improvements and provide structured feedback

What you bring to the team:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing company)

• Proficiency in 1C or other ERP systems

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Responsible and disciplined approach to work

• Forklift operation skills are a plus; a valid license is an advantage
