Team Lead ERP and Atlassian (m/f/d)

As the Team Lead ERP and Atlassian at Quantum‑Systems, you will play a central role in transforming how the organization uses data to make decisions. You will build modern BI capabilities, drive automation, and ensure global alignment in how data is interpreted and leveraged across teams. Your work will directly empower leadership and operational teams in delivering on strategic goals during a phase of rapid international expansion.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Data‑Driven Decision Enablement

• Lead the development of BI strategies that transform raw data into clear, actionable insights

• Provide decision support to leadership and operational teams through dashboards, analytics, and ad‑hoc analysis

• Champion data literacy across the organization, ensuring teams understand and trust the insights they use

Process Automation & Optimization

• Identify and drive automation opportunities across reporting and analytics workflows

• Build scalable, efficient data pipelines that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy

• Implement best practices for data governance, standardization, and continuous improvement

Global Collaboration & Alignment

• Standardize BI tools, dashboards, and methodologies across regions and departments

• Ensure consistent interpretation of KPIs, metrics, and reports throughout the organization

• Partner with international teams to align BI initiatives with global business priorities

Technology Ownership & Integration

• Oversee and manage key data platforms such as NetSuite, Azure Data Lake, and Atlassian tools

• Ensure high-quality data architecture, smooth system integration, and strong platform performance

• Evaluate and implement new technologies that support scale, performance, and data accessibility

Cross‑Team Support for Goals and Strategic Projects

• Partner closely with all departments to provide BI support for projects, initiatives, and Goals

• Deliver insights and automation solutions that directly contribute to successful execution of company-wide objectives

• Act as a trusted advisor on how data can accelerate impact and improve outcomes

What you bring to the team:

• Have strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering

• Understand how to build data strategies that drive business performance

• Have hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Azure, SQL, or similar technologies

• Enjoy optimizing processes, building automation, and creating scalable systems
