Team Lead Marketing (Ukraine)

As Team Lead Marketing, you will lead all local marketing activities, including events, campaigns, employer branding, and market positioning within Ukraine. As part of the Sales Team, you will strengthen Quantum Systems’ visibility in Ukraine and support business growth, talent acquisition, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement. 

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Ukraine

• Plan and deliver trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and partner activations 

• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

• Create and manage local marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Coordinate design, content creation and marketing assets

• Coordinate with the Global Strategic Communications Team and inform and drive the global marketing approach with marketing innovations from Ukraine

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing, technology marketing, or defence-related sectors 

• Strong experience in event management and employer branding

• Excellent project management and organisational skills

• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English

• Strong leadership skills, comfortable in decision making and persuing new approaches and innovations
