Working Student or Intern - Human Resources (m/f/d)

As a Working Student or Intern (m/f/d) you will be an important part of our Human Resources team to support the Employee Life Cycle and digitize our global HR administration. Together with our first-class team of currently 3 employees, you will gain practical experience in the challenging and diverse Human Resources area.

You will support the administrative and strategic activities in HR to ensure the smooth running of the company. This includes maintaining employee data, improving HR systems and ensuring the smooth running of the company. This is an important part of Quantum Systems to generate a positive employee experience and make the employee lifecycle effective and efficient.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Optimization of our existing global HR processes/policies to develop company growth and increase efficiency in the team.
• Supporting and managing operational HR matters (e.g. preparation of certificates, contract amendments, onboarding) to ensure smooth administration.
• Maintenance, archiving and digitalization of employee master data in our HRIS and physical files.
• Support for the supervision of our early professionals to discover possible career opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to support in various projects (e.g. implementation of an HRIS tool) aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

What you bring to the team:

• You are studying business administration/ HR Management, business psychology, business administration, sociology or a comparable programme
• You already have some professional/practical experience in Human Resources
• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.
• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.
• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
