Business & Operations Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to strengthen our team in Berlin. In this role, you will work closely with senior management, partners, and clients, supporting the execution of both strategic and operational initiatives. You will help structure processes, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and ensure the efficient coordination of projects.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Contribute to strategic initiatives in business development and business intelligence

• Support the development and implementation of strategies, roadmaps, and customer projects

• Coordinate and assist in projects involving government clients, industry partners, and internal teams

• Assist with ongoing campaigns in alignment with Quantum’s strategic objectives

• Analyze customer needs and evaluate new opportunities for collaboration

• Prepare presentations, briefings, reports, and decision-making materials

• Organize meetings, product demos, and events

What you bring to the team:

• 3–7 years of professional experience in project management, marketing, sales, or business operations

• Strong skills in business analysis, reporting, and working with KPIs

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

• Language skills: English (minimum C1), German (minimum B2)

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style

• Based in Berlin or willing to work on-site
