Working Student - Strategic Communications (m/f/d)

At Quantum Systems, we are shaping the future of AI-powered robotics and autonomous systems. Our Strategic Communications team drives the company’s global positioning across media, political stakeholders, industry partners, and the public. To support our growing internal and financial communications activities, we are looking for a motivated Working Student Strategic Communications to join our team.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support the preparation of daily and weekly financial media monitoring reports for the Executive Leadership Team and C-Level stakeholders

• Assist with internal communications, including employee updates, intranet content, internal announcements and executive messages

• Support financial communications and investor-related communication materials, including briefings, presentations, background documents and market monitoring

• Help prepare presentations, talking points, Q&As, briefing documents and background materials for management and communications projects

•   Support the preparation and coordination of media interviews, press engagements, events and communication briefings

•   Maintain and update media databases, press contact lists, communication trackers and press materials     

• Support internal coordination with international teams and external communication partners

What you bring to the team:

• Enrolled student in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• Strong interest in strategic communications, media relations, defence, technology, or geopolitical topics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset

• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools

• Previous experience in a related field is a plus
