What is your Day to Day Mission:

• You support the team throughout the entire recruiting process – from candidate screenings to interview coordination and final selection.

• You work with our ATS system and make sure our automation tool run smoothly.

• You take on administrative tasks within the team and support our recruiters in their respective business segments to keep everything running smoothly.

• You join us at exciting career fairs & events (we promise – nothing ordinary here!).

• You take ownership of Early Professionals initiatives, supported by experienced mentors who will help you grow.

• You contribute fresh ideas to further develop our talent acquisition strategies.

What you bring to the team:

• You’re currently enrolled at a university and ideally studying Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, HR Management, Sociology or a related field.

• Passion for recruiting, people, and communication.

• You speak English at a C1/C2 level and have German skills of at least B2.

• You’re available to work around 20 hours per week.

• You have strong communication skills and know how to engage with people from all walks of life at eye level.

• You work independently, proactively and with curiosity, always ready to learn and think outside the box.

• You bring a positive, authentic vibe to the team – and you’re not afraid of dogs.
