Project Manager Office Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator, you will be a key function within our Program Management, leading and delivering complex projects in the field of unmanned systems.
You will work closely with stakeholders from the Production, Product, and Support departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Driving operational excellence and innovation at Quantum-Systems — your mission will make a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Ensuring consistent PMO standards, templates, and methods

• Supporting reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement

• Maintaining and consolidating risk and quality measures from individual projects

• Supporting the evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of measures

• Creating and consolidating program and management reports

• Preparing status reports, KPIs, decision-making, and escalation templates

• Preparing and following up on committees, reviews, and workshops

What you bring to the team:

• You have a degree in Project Management, Informatics, Business Administration, or Engineering

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in project management

• You have practical experience in project management, ideally in unmanned systems, digitalization, or software/IT environments

• You are confident in using digital tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

• You have strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive working style

• Your open, communicative, friendly, and professional manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert

• You are highly self-motivated and independently drive your area of responsibility forward

• Communication in English comes naturally to you
