Atlassian Admin (m/f/d)

As Atlassian (Jira + Confluence) Administrator, you will be a key part of our ERP & Atlassian Team to ensure efficient, scalable, and well‑governed collaboration and workflow management across the organization.
You will be working closely with stakeholders from the Operations, Support, Production, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to understand their processes, identify system needs, and implement optimized Jira workflows and Confluence structures. By ensuring that our Atlassian tools are stable, standardized, intuitive, and actively used, you contribute directly to achieving your ambitious goals — your mission will have a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• System Administration  & Stability: Manage and configure Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools, ensuring stability and performance.

• User & Permission Management: Implement role-based access control and maintain security compliance across platforms.

• Customization & Workflow Management: Design Jira workflows, configure Confluence spaces, and develop automation rules to streamline processes.

• Governance & Best Practices: Define standards for Jira and Confluence usage; provide training and guidance to teams.

• Project Management & Continuous Improvement: Lead upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts while driving process optimization and tool enhancements and manage external consultants and administrators across subsidiaries.

  
  

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed a degree/apprenticeship in the field of Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable area.

• You already have at least 3 years of professional/practical experience in Jira and Confluence administration, workflow design, permission management, or system optimization.

• You are privately interested in data, technology trends, process optimization, automation, and modern workplace technologies.

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.

• You are highly self‑motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Communication in English and German is a matter of course for you.
