Office Manager (m/f/d)

As an Office Manager, you are the organizational backbone of our company, ensuring that day-to-day office operations run smoothly. With your structured approach, you establish efficient processes and create the foundation that enables our teams to fully focus on their core responsibilities.

Even in a dynamic environment, you maintain a clear overview, coordinate workflows with a keen eye for detail, and serve as a reliable point of contact for a wide range of topics. With your organizational skills and strong people sense, you play a key role in fostering a positive work atmosphere and a strong team culture.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and preparing meeting rooms.

• Oversee company assets such as keys, access cards, and pool and company vehicles, including parking coordination.

• Support the planning and execution of internal events and team activities.

• Monitor and continuously improve administrative processes, particularly in document management and procurement.

• Coordinate operational workflows and handle incoming and outgoing mail.

• Ensure smooth handling of security-related topics, especially access management as well as the coordination of visitors and external service providers.

What you bring to the team:

• Initial to several years of experience in office management, team assistance, or a comparable role.

• Ideally, experience in an international or fast-paced work environment.

• Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured way of working.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Very good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level).
