For a newly designed, high-quality corporate catering concept with a restaurant-style atmosphere, we are looking for a Sous Chef who takes responsibility and lives uncompromising quality.
Cook-to-order, open kitchen, fresh ingredients, clear processes – not a traditional canteen operation.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• You lead and coordinate the daily kitchen operations and support the Head Chef with administrative tasks.

• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation at a consistently high level.

• Actively participate in daily kitchen operations.

• Guide, develop, and supervise the kitchen team.

• Co-responsible for inventory management, ordering, and stock control.

• Implement and monitor HACCP standards.

• Develop creative and innovative menu plans and cost calculations in line with our F&B concept.

• Contribute ideas for process optimization, structural development, and standardization.

What you bring to the team:

• Completed chef training

• Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry

• Structured and responsible working style

• Leadership skills and role model behavior in daily kitchen operations

• High quality standards and understanding of processes

• Economical thinking without compromising quality

• Fluent in German or English (does not have to be both)

• Your confident demeanor, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
